Bulldogs Matter Needs You!

Since 2011, CrossRoads Corporation has worked with Grier Heights Middle school students in collaboration with Alexander Graham Middle School to help them with academic achievement.  In 2011-12 seventy-one (71) middle school students participated.  In 2012-13 eighty-nine (89) participated, with 83% achieving our program goal of a C or better grade point average.
CrossRoads is extremely excited to offer the BULLDOGS MATTER AFTERSCHOOL program again this year in collaboration with AG.  AG staff serve as Program Directors and teach in each grade level.  Financial support has been provided by CMS, CrossRoads, Sisters of Mercyof North Carolina, and The Merancas Foundation.  With this support and continued loyal volunteer participation, we are confident that BULLDOGS MATTER will prepare Grier Heights students to improve their grades, behavior and attendance, and be ready to enter high school.
